I created The Wellness Hour because so many people were doing everything “right” and still feeling overwhelmed, confused, and stuck in their health. With a background in mental health, integrative and functional nutrition, nervous-system-centered coaching, and years of hands-on clinical experience, I saw how often people were left without the clarity or support they truly needed. My approach blends science, foundations, and compassion to help your body feel stable and safe again. I translate complex health information into simple, realistic steps you can actually integrate into your life.
